Hi,
I have just joined BT. Both before going live, when trying to track my order, and after going live now, my account online says it's not linked to a BT Account. It gives me the option to do so, which I have attempted multiple times. It keeps saying within 5 minutes it will link the two together, but it never does.
Am I missing something really obvious here, or is there actually some kind of glitch on my account?
Any pointers would be appreciated, as I am conscious that I am going to get my first bill soon (I Picked manual quarterly billing, so no direct debit set up) - And I need to be able to log in to see the amount and pay it on time, hence me starting to get a little worried now.

I have the same, since updating my ID to a new email address it works once and then says "no account exists for ID", then i try to register it says it already exists and logs me in but if I close the app it then says "no account exists for ID".
I can log in from lap top fine but I can no longer use the app which is frustrating........very BT though!
