I desperately need some help, I called in Jan 2025 to cancel all services, got email confirmation that my service will be terminated on 26 March 2025. But I received a new monthly bill on 27 Mar 2025 charging me for next month’s fee, I called and they said something went wrong with open reach which I didn’t understand, they said they have now made a proper cancellation and I should get my final bill on 5 April 2025, but I still haven’t received anything. Anyone can point me in the right direction, I’m really worried another bill will come up in April and taking money off DD in May.
