Hello,
I have recently signed up to BT and was offered Xbox Ultimate Game Pass for 12 months. I received the email and instructions on how to activate it but when I go to My BT, the partner content section is nowhere to be found unfortunately.
I have seen a bunch of posts similar to this already and it seems like the majority of the time it is solved after someone sends them a private message on how to fix it so if possible could someone get in contact with me please.

I am sorry for the problems you're having activating your 12 month Xbox Game Pass 12 month offer. I understand that you've logged in and are unable to see the content partner section.
