Not able to add the account to MyBT

Hi all,

It seems like a pretty standard issue, but I`m not able to add my account to the MyBT portal. Stuck in the loop -> You don't have any accounts you can manage. -> You have added GB******** to your accounts.

Can someone help, please?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't been able to add the BT Account to your My BT. If you send me your details, I'll be able to give you a hand.
