Iv'e not had my Final bill from BT , when switch to Plustnet on the 5th of augs .
iv'e had not email or letter from you at all about me switch over to them even tho there part of the BT group .
We had a BT Engineer come out to do the line an replace the copper line , so we are now full fibre witch BT should had done in the first place with what i was paying was over the top for 70mps that was not even FULL FIBRE when half the price of that you can get 500mps
