Not received Amazon referral voucher

I joined BT a few months ago via a refer a friend link. On April 14th both myself and my dad (who's referral link I used) received an email saying we'd receive our vouchers within 30 days but neither of us have had anything yet.

I am sorry that you haven't received it yet.

Part of our terms state this: Once their broadband is installed and they’ve paid their first bill, we’ll email you both a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card within 30 days (of bill payment).

If the 14th of April was the date you paid your first bill, then we need to help you.

I'll send you a private message now in case you did pay it back then as you should have it by now. Just check your email's junk or spam folders to be sure it's not there, please.

Hi @tworsnop94, the refer a friend vouchers have ordered now. They should be with you within 30 days if you've haven't received them already. 

I'll go ahead and close the case I opened on your account but if you don't receive them within the 30 days please post back and let me know and I'll be happy to chase them up if needed.
