Not received rewards card

I received an email on April the 27th saying my virtual rewards card had been sent and a following email saying its on its way but still wasn't received by the 6th of May but had contacted the bt purecard email address and was asked some details and told they would get back to me reference [#97C7E] and I've still had no reply I've checked all my emails and junk there's nothing
