I have not received notification that my bill is ready for last month. Can this be put right please?

Is the bill available to view on your online account?
Have you received previous notifications ok?
Have you checked your spam/junk folder?

Good to hear from you.
Yes I can get my bill on line. I checked to see if a bill had been issued.
Previously I was notified by email that my bill was ready.
My spam folder did NOT contain a notification sadly.
Perhaps someone can put this right now.
