ORDI request

We changed our house name a couple of years ago, but it’s still appearing as the old house name on OpenReach, and I need to change it on the account. Same house; different name. I’ve heard that needs to happen via an ORI request?

Anyone know how to go about doing that?

 All help appreciated! 😊

@JLoganbill you contact your service provider's customer services department and ask them to raise it with Openreach
