Hi, I have two questions.
Firstly I seem to have two accounts linked on BT... an old one from years ago which is closed and a new one which has just been setup. Can someone help me delete the old one? It seems to be stopping me claiming gamepass as well as just being confusing from an account management perspective.
Secondly I joined via a refer a friend scheme but haven't received any confirmation of that or the voucher beyond that initial email saying I just needed to sign up with the link which I used. When should I and the friend who referred me expect to receive that as I'm a little concerned I haven't heard something.
