I currently have 2 accounts for my BT broadband. I would like to remove the old account as I cannot see the status of any new orders or products on my new account. I’m not sure why a new account is not the main account.

Hi @mi0ceo welcome to the community and thanks for posting, this can happen when an old BT ID is reused with a new account and I'm sorry it's not working. We'd probably be best deleting the BT ID so it can be set up again using only your new account, I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with the moderation team and we'll be happy to help you with this.
