I have an old account number linked to My BT. It is making the online portal hard to navigate, as the system keeps reverting to the old number. Can someone help me in removing the old number?

The old account should now be removed from your BTID. Please would you login and check the BTID is working ok now?

Thanks for doing that. Unfortunately when I now log in I am seeing the message "Sorry we can't get your account details at the moment."
Do I need to re-register for online again?
