Old account

Hi I have an old account linked to my email which seems to prioritised when I log into MyBT and it is causing issues with me viewing my bills and seeing my products. How do I go about removing it?

I am sorry for the problems you're having with the old account linked to your BTID profile.  One of our guides in the helpdesk will be able to help sort this out.  You can reach them on 0330 1234 150.
