As previously posted, our Gamepass Ultimate Subscription from BT expired over a week ago and BT kept control of it, it appeared we had a solution to it, but a week later we still don't have control yet, and after another several hours of phone calls this morning including a very aggressive rep who said what do you expect me to do about!!! We still have no control and no solutions.
The customer service is appalling!
