I believe the databases are updated weekly on a Friday. Check again after then.

My neighbors and myself are all on BT's super fast broadband 40-50mb/s yet when I put my neighbors address in  (as it doesn't recognize my address) it says the best the BT can offer is 8-16 mb/s..not super fast broadband??

Its just an estimate

This really needs sorting...

I will check again after Friday but on past experiences I don't have much confidence.

Well Friday has been and gone and my address still is not being recognized, so BT's data base isn't updated every Friday....
