Order not processed?

Hello,

My Halo 2 broadband contract ended a few days ago. Logging in to MyBT and looking at my broadband service, it states that my contract has ended. (BTW the only offers made to me are for more expensive options...)

The thing is, I thought I had made a new order earlier this month to continue my broadband at the same rate. In MyBT under My Orders is says 'You placed your order  for Broadband  & Digital Voice' and that this order is complete. Which is right from these apparently conflicting statements?

A confused BT customer.
