I placed an order for BT Broadband in April. In May, May 3, the router was set up and works well. However I want to extend the WiFi range with a BT Disc. I am unable to place an order for a Disc because the original order is still open. Two lengthy telephone conversations with BT have failed to resolve the issue. Suggestions welcome.

To get a disc, requires an upgrade of your contract.
