Problem claiming reward card

Hi 

I am having an issue claiming my reward card. When I click on the claim link it shows a closed account and my new one. When I click on the new account it goes to a blank screen each time. 

Is anyone else having the same problem?

I am having exactly the same problem and it seems impossible to get help. I came across this forum by accident. Really not very good customer service.
