I signed up to a 24 month contract on 25th October due to the fact I would get 104.50 cash back. This is rhe reason I am moving from sky. The claim has been declined stating I have either cancelled amended or returned my goods. I have not done either of these things. The same thing happened to me 18 months ago but I decided not to look into it and cancelled my contract with yourselves before it got installed and went with someone else. Im afraid to say that I will be doing the same again this time unless I am given a reason that is correct. Please can you help to solve this for me? Thank you
