I have the same problem, blank screen after selecting my new account vs my old account.

Hi @jamiewise1997, thanks for speaking with me yesterday and the reward card is now claimed for you. 

The old account is now removed from the BTID so would you please check that this is working ok for you now.

The reward card is virtual and will be sent to the email address you used when placing your order. For info on the virtual reward check out:  Information about the BT Reward Card | BT Help
