Bt returns

I have a question relating to BT device returns. 

When the returns centre receive a device back do they immediately mark it as received or does it have to be inspected etc and then marked as received?

It is presently taking three to four weeks to mark as returned after the device is received so in answer to your question no they do not mark it as received as soon as it is received.
