Cannot add my account to MyBT

Hi @DanielS, @StuartH, I am encountering the exact same problem. I had my wifi at home set up recently, but I cannot add my account to MyBT. I tried several times and it kept saying that I should wait for 5 minutes, but nothing happened. Could you please help me? Or perhaps post the solution in this thread? Thank you very much!
