We have received a bill for our deceased Father which includes a charge for ending the contract early, surely that isn't correct?

I am sorry that a cancellation charge has appeared on your late Father's account.  That definitely shouldn't have happened.  We'll be able to help resolve this from here.  I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you.
