Please excuse me for hijacking your reply to someone else's question.
I seem to have the same problem: I left BT at the end of November; didn't receive the promised returns pack; requested one via my BT online account; still didn't receive one; was reminded to return my router; requested again; didn't receive; reminded... and so on. Three times so far, I think.
Can you help me too? The reminders say I should return the kit by 17 January.
