I'm also struggling to claim a reward card. I hadnt been with BT for over 10 years until my fibre service was made live on 17th April, so I'm a new customer. The links I've seen that say 'claim your BT Reward card' just takes me to MyBT. Where do I go from here? I'm tried talking to Purecard, BT customer services, have provided a VOL number because my details were not passed on .. all a bit frustrating to be honest.

No, just the one,
Account No: GB********
However, when I go into the accounts sections it says account closed.. so perhaps it is picking up my old account from many years ago. I probably used the same email address on both..
