The order hasn't been submitted, they're working on it at the moment.

They will be updating me in the morning if they haven't been able to get it submitted this evening.

Good morning @carwynf1,

You will notice some more orders today whilst we try and get Openreach to accept the renumber. Our DI team are contacting Openreach this morning to find out what's preventing it from going ahead.

As soon as I get an update, I'll get in touch with you.

Thanks for the update. I did notice a cancelled order this morning but did think it was the DI team working on this.

Hey @carwynf1,

Thanks for taking my call just now.

As you know, the team have got back to me and let me know that Openreach are trying to release the number so we can get it ordered. They're saying that it should be free again tomorrow. They're going to attempt it then again. As you know, I'm off tomorrow but I will follow up with you on Friday late afternoon.
