I am having the same problem. Xbox reports that subscription is managed by BT, yet this expired a couple of days ago. Can you help?

@chimp3 Have you tried redeeming a new Xbox Game Pass code? I've seen reports that redeeming a code forces the switch back to Microsoft.

Ah that's unfortunate. If you've messaged @JohnC2 privately, you should be on the right track to getting it resolved then, as I don't think there's anything else you can try from your side.
