I’m having the same problem and was wondering if you could advise me please. I received a text telling me to log into my BTid and go to my products scroll to the partner section and redeem the game pass. But once logging in the partner section is nowhere to be found. Any advice appreciated.

Providing your order has completed, and you've received and paid your first bill, you should then be able to claim the pass.
