I'm having similar issues, but with Call Protect and specifically the "Your recent callers". Many times I get the "can't access your account details - try later - we are fixing this" message, and when I do get the list, I'm not getting all in-bound calls listed. It has been happening since 5 March. There appears to be nowhere to report any website issues on this site.
Hi @Bobsbits, sorry you are getting this message. Are you able to view bills etc on your MyBT and is it only the Call Protect that gives you this error?
