Hello, I have a similar issue, 

I recieved two emails on 23/04/22 saying that my rewards card was being sent to me shortly. After a few weeks, I called a helpline to see if there was any issue with this, or if it was being delivered a different way. They suggested I wait until a month had passed from the date, which I was happy to do. Now that I've waited over a month, I still cant access any virtual reward card. Any help with this would be appreciated.
