Hi - I am also having the exact same issue - broadband services now live, received multiple messages requesting me to claim the reward but when I try to follow the link x2 accounts show, one old account and the new one takes me to a blank page. Please can you help?

I have the same problem here too and unable to redeem my reward card because I have an old, closed account from way back. The issue seems to have been going on for more than a year but still isn't resolved which doesn't fill me with confidence going into a BT broadband contract but here we go.
Some assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome and thanks for your post.
I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card. It's a virtual reward card and is sent via email 14 days after your services have been activated. You do need to claim for the reward card and I understand you're unable to due to the older account showing.
