I returned a 4G wi-fi hub in BT envelope on 18 July 2022 and have a PO Certificate of Posting. However, no acknowledgement of return. Appreciate help

Read your informative msg. Perhaps I should not panic that By not acknowledging equipment returns after a couple pf weeks. Have spent hours trying to contact on phone to no avail. TYVM
