I seem to have a similar issue with claiming reward card. Was sent email on 29/06/23 to claim reward for joining and every time I click the link it just comes up error. I'm wondering if you could help with this

Sorry you're having problems claiming your reward. I've moved your post so we can help with this. Can you just confirm have all the orders closed and your services are connected?

Yeah all the orders are closed and I'm connected up to the broadband. There is nothing that is outstanding.
