I am experiencing the same issue. My 12 months game pass subscription is still supposed to run until June 2023 and appears to have failed/been cancelled in January 2023. Xbox tells me that it's a BT issue and BT tells me that it's a Microsoft issue - and I'm stuck in the middle wasting time and paying for a service I am not receiving.
Could someone on the forum help me @DavidM @DanielS ? I remember that the forum admins were very helpful when my full fibre 900 didn't work in the first few days after installation - so you're my last hope 🙂

@NeilO I couldn't reply to this post... Has this issue been solved in the meantime? I am affect by the issue. See screenshots below. The BT customer service hotline couldn't help and Xbox says it's a BT issue.
