Hi, I'm having issues claiming it and my service has been active for a few days now.

Thanks for joining our Community and welcome to BT.

When it comes to claiming this pass, your service needs to be up and running and your first bill needs to have been received and paid.

Once the first bill is cleared that should allow you to access the Content Partners section. Any issues, come back and let me know.
