Under the refer a friend scheme, my son (who I referred) has received his £50 voucher on 4th Aug, but I haven't received mine. Ive tried numerous routes into BT (telephone and on-line CHAT) but no-one able to help. CHAT just "doesn't understand"!

it's unusual for only 1 party not to receive the voucher. Please ensure you've checked your spam/junk folder as it may have ended up there and let us know if you find it.

I’ve been looking and checking for a couple of weeks now. May be I’ve deleted thinking it was spam. Is there anyone I can speak to? I’ve tried billing and accounts, and the broadband 150 service but they refer me to chat. Chat can’t help either!
perhaps if I go into a BT shop?
