Hi
I referred a friend to BT using the link provided
I received an emailing confirming that the referral was successful last year
I haven't received the £50 amazon voucher nor has the person that I referred
They took out a broadband package which is still running
I contacted BT by phone and eventually, a member of the referral scheme team contacted me to say that I didn't qualify citing an old email address as the reason (even though it was over 15 years since it was used in association with the account)
I emaied back and advised that I did not use that address and provided screen shots of the email from BT with my email address on it
I didn't receive a reply so I tried to send another email but it would not send this time as the address was not valid
I would appreciate a bit of help in resolving this issue
