Refer a friend

Hello,

I was referred by a friend back in March and received the email in saying:

Congratulations – you’ve been successfully referred to BT Broadband.

Once your first bill has been paid, your £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card should be with you in the next 30 days.

Neither of us have received a voucher.

We both have definitely still got BT Broadband (as have I) and has paid the bill every month.

I am sorry that you both haven't received it yet.

We will look into it to see what's causing the delay or if it was already emailed out.

Thank you for your patience whilst we got this investigated.

Good news! - The vouchers have been processed and they'll be with you soon (if not already).  I am sorry for the time you had to wait for this to be sorted.

I will go ahead and close this off from here now that this is resolved but if you need help or have a question in future, feel free to come back on as you're more than welcome.
