I had the link for refer a friend in my app. I referred someone and they signed up but I didn’t get an email to state that they had signed up through my link. Their broadband is due to be activated 21st feb 22. I have tried to track the referrals but this is nowhere to be seen in my account now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm sorry that you haven't received the notification confirming that your friend has signed up to the Refer a Friend offer through your referral. Have a look at this link for the process and please confirm that's what you did: Refer a Friend to BT Broadband

Hi yes that’s what I have done.
they have also used their email address that they signed up with when they clicked on the referral link and to the account they have ordered with.
