Remove Old BT Account Number

I need to remove an old account number from my online portal, it has not been used in MANY years and I have stumbled across similar threads on this forum where this has been actioned for the user.

I hope someone can help!

Thanks for that, as it happens I have been on with their chat since who've done it.

I'm still left with the huge massive problem I have between BT and Openreach on another issue but, well...
