Hi.
I’ve seen this problem mentioned in other threads.
I have just purchased a new BT package at my new address but when I’ve set up MyBT I’m still seeing my old account there. I’m unable to perform any administration on my new account as a result.
Spoke to customer services this morning but didn’t really get anywhere. All they did was create me a new BT ID and made me an account manager. Which hasn’t helped at all. I need the old account removing if someone can please help.

Hi, is there any chance you could do the same for me please?
