The reason I came here is because I have had no joy calling. I just cannot get a solution. I saw above that people had managed to get their old BT ID's deleted and hoped I could get the same.

Hi, I know this is an old post but would you be able to delete my old BT ID or delete my EE account from it? For some reason it shows in my bt but can’t login to my EE now! Thanks in advance
