Hi,
Does anyone know the process for removing old/stagnant accounts from 'My BT'?
Currently it always defaults to an old account on logon and even when I select the correct account, it all shows as blank.
I will be moving home soon and would like to process this online, however until I can get these accounts removed, I don't think that'll be possible.
