I have an old account from years ago showing when I log into My BT. This account appears to be my default account and I can only see my bills info for my live account and don’t have most of the options for that one. I really need the old account removed so I can use my live account properly. I’ve called about it in the past, but they don’t seem to be able to remove it. Please help.

I am sorry for the older account showing on your BTID profile when you log in. I see you've mentioned it defaults to the older one which I can understand is a tad annoying!
We are very busy at the moment and it would take us a few days to get round to your case. I know you've called before. Could you try our guides in the helpdesk again on 0330 1234 150 please? I'm suggesting this as you should get the account removed sooner than having to wait for us.
