I'm looking at the renewal prices being offered and the price BT are offering me is nearly double what a new customer pays! I can't afford to throw away money in times like these. What can do I or shall I just leave?
Which product are you on? Full Fibre (Ultrafast)?
Check out what other providers are offering new customers. Armed with that information call BT 0800.800.030 and try and negotiate a better deal using the information about new customers to both BT and the other providers. If you don't get a good deal try again later on. If you still don't get a good deal move to a new provider.
