I renewed my package (fiber 100) with no upgrade to the service and order has been stuck open for more than two days at service 'regrade', which means I have been without internet since. I feel like it shouldn't be this hard.
Can someone let me know what's going on with my order or atleast close the order so I can phone customer service and move provider to Zen.
