No clue if posting in right place but recently changed hubs and accounts ftom 1 bt package to another. Was told a returns back for old hub would arrive to send back equipment. It hasn't. I get reminder emails advising to order one if nothing reviewed. Yet there us no link ir button on mybt to return item. Or order a bag. Irs so frustrating. Have people rang to order their returns bag?
