Return equipment

Hello I returned our BT equipment at the post office on 6 May however I have just received a letter from BT yesterday (16 May) saying they've not received anything. I have a proof of posting from the post office.

At present it is taking BT three to four weeks to update accounts after receipt of returned equipment.

If you want you can call BT 0800.800.150 with your Proof of Postage and they can update your account right away.

If you ring the number as suggested @gg30340, they'll be able to mark that as returned right away. 

Alternatively, I can also do this for you, if you send me your details.

Thank you for taking the time to chat with me this morning.

Sorry that you were still being chased for the equipment after returning it on 6th May.  I have marked it as returned this morning and recorded the reference number you gave me from your proof of postage - thanks for that.
