I returned a hub on 9 April 2022. I have post office receipt with tracking number. I keep getting emails saying it hasn't been returned. I rang but they couldn't mark it as returned as the system was down. But they marked the file. But I'm still getting e mails asking for return. I have a photo of the tracking receipt. Who do I tell I can't find any address on myBT to send the tracking number.

Call BT 0800.800.150 and they can update your account.
