So I recieved a letter almost a week ago about my contract running out, I then went onto the BT app and got myself a new contract. This time I chose one with an added hybrid connect and WiFi disc. They arrived a few days later and I connected them up, that same day I received an email instructing me to return my kit by the 10th of June or I will be charged £93. Is this an error? As I've said, I've only just recieved these items.
Did they supply a new SmartHub 2 by any chance? If so then they'd ask for the old one back.
No, I already had one from the previous contract, they just sent the EE hybrid connect box and the WiFi disc.
Hi @Brook95, would you log in to your account online? Check has the order you placed completed ok and you're on the new package?
